2. Will You Be the DJ at Our Wedding?

Ask whether your DJ has appropriate insurance documentation if your venue requires it.

Your DJ should know the important moments of your reception.

Ask whether they help coordinate the entertainment timeline and communicate with your venue or coordinator.

A well-planned timeline helps the DJ know when to make announcements, introduce special moments, play dinner music, and open the dance floor.

12. What Happens If Our Reception Runs Late?
Ask what happens if your wedding runs beyond the contracted end time.

Find out whether overtime is available and how additional time is charged.

It's much better to understand this before the wedding than to figure it out at midnight.

13. Are There Additional Fees?
Ask whether there are additional charges for things such as:

14. Do You Have a Contract?
Always have the details of your wedding entertainment in writing.
